Content will cover:

3. what had been delivered?
4. what is the business benefit/success?
5. what are the lessons learnt?
6. how to form a continuous learning environment for "citizen developer"

The cases to be presented include Library Customer Inquiry solution, Policy Register solution and more (to be confirmed).
